Our Paper Recycling Process:
Evaluate Your Waste
We will meet with you to understand the challenges you are facing in recycling material such as material backing up on your floor, too many paper grades or antiquated equipment. We’ll tour your facility, gather samples and ask for a twelve month profile of what you recycle. Within a week, we will give you a plan for improving your program. 
Create Custom Solutions and Educate
To implement improvements, our staff will come on-site to train your equipment operators, maintenance staff and those responsible for scheduling loads and preparing paperwork. Training will be provided across all shifts. If necessary, we will stay on-site for consecutive days and we will establish a schedule for ongoing training and education. 
Pick-up, Sort and Weigh
Once your staff is trained in scheduling, they will work with our Customer Service representatives to determine the best way to schedule loads. An entire month of shipments can be scheduled ahead of time, or loads can be scheduled as needed. Once loads are scheduled, we will provide release numbers, carrier information and tracking information once an order has shipped. 
Market Materials
Our 25+ years in the business has enabled us to build solid relationships with paper mills and their buyers. When we match your material with a consuming mill we find there is significant value in making sure the material stays with that mill. This allows you to get competitive pricing, consistent movement and timely pick-ups; regardless of market conditions. 
Report Back
Our custom designed software enables us to produce a variety of reports; either detailed by pick-up or summarized by a grade or a time period. Our customer service representatives will work with you to determine what types of reports you need and when you need them. These reports tell you what you will be paid and we will automatically pay you without an invoice.
