Can we watch our material being shredded?
Absolutely. You need only arrange an appointment time.


How do you charge?
We charge for shredding of the actual per pound weight of your material. We are not mobile shredders that come to your office site and charge per fraction of hours for the time spent shredding. The time involved in shredding is our concern, not yours.


How do we determine if we really need shredding?
This is an individual customer choice. When you call we will discuss the options and costs, but ultimately only you can determine your security needs.


What if we need you to pick up the material to be destroyed?
We are happy to accommodate your destruction transportation needs. Our drivers are certified and bonded. Our trucks are locked after picking up your material. The charge of transportation is determined by your location, how quickly we can get in and out of your building, whether you have a loading dock, whether our employees need to assist your staff to getting the material in our truck, whether we have to bring any equipment for you to place your destruction material in, and how many trips we need to make which is determined by the volume of material to be picked up.


Can we bring you our material to be destroyed and save the transportation fee?
Absolutely. We do ask that you call and make an appointment so that we can insure your material is weighed and destroyed by your chosen method.


We have material in files boxes with staples, paper clips and other non-paper items attached. Can this material be destroyed and do we have to remove anything first?
Yes, the material can be destroyed. The material does not have to be taken out of the box, nor do you need to remove any material attached the files.


We have large volumes of material to be destroyed in an off site location and no labor to remove it.
We can assist you in large volume destruction jobs by working with you to determine labor and costs. We can provide labor or assist you in getting labor, and we help you analyze the true costs involved. We partner with you to successfully handle you destruction requirements.
